I love making cards that do more then just open up. I made this get well card which when its opened it becomes a vase of sunflowers. I wanted it to put a smile on the person’s face who is not well.
I stamped and colored the sunflowers and die cut a bunch of leaves and stems. The card base is white then the next layer is light brown. I then mounted a piece of white card stock on some designer paper to frame out the sunflower for the front.
For the vase on the inside I used the same paper that I used for the front frame and cut and colored several sunflowers and leaves to add fullness to the vase.
