I made this card for one of my card groups and I thought it fit right in with our weather. Seeing that this card can go to a friend it really matters when they may be a shut in.
I used yellow card stock as the base and then added some yellow print pattern for the top third and black card stock for the bottom two thirds. I die cut several different circles and stamped the dog and girl with the umbrella and the saying then I colored each of them in with alcohol markers. I popped up the girl and the dog for some dimension.
