Hello everyone! Today is National Card Making Day and in honor of today I made this cute Frankenstein card.
It is a standard A2 card and the base is black card stock I then layered an orange and black striped paper. From that point I die cut good ole Frankie out of green and black card stock and put him together. I added a small sentiment of boo at the lower right corner in black and green card stock.
For the inside I stamped Trick or Treat in lime green ink and added a small border of the striped paper from the front to finish off the card.
I have another silly Halloween card using burgundy and lime green card stock and markers.
I first cut out a filmstrip piece out of black card stock and then layered stamped and colored Halloween hats and witches boots.
I stamped and embossed the word hello at the bottom and colored it using the same colors.
For the inside I stamped wishing you a Happy Halloween and added a stamped hat in the corner.
Halloween is coming in about a month and wouldn’t it be fun to send a cute scary card to your loved ones. I made a couple cards and will be posting them in the next couple of days. For now here are the trick or treat kids.
I first stamped the kids about half way up on the paper then stamped a few bats in the right corner and stamped a sentiment on the left hand side. I then tore several pieces of card stock in different colors and layered them up to look like the ground with black being the final color.
For the inside I stamped Happy Halloween and stamped a Frankenstein with a treat bag in the corner.
This card was created with some of the Paper Pumpkin kit of September 2022. I cut one of the cards in half and used it for the front of the card. I then die cut a scallop circle and a regular circle which I used to stamp a sentiment on. After attaching the circles I added a yellow bow and a few sequins and one lone bubble bee. I left the inside blank so that a personal message could be written.
