Fractured Butterfly or Faux Shutter Card
For this card I made my own gilding wax using glitter eye shadow and Aleenes clear gel glue.
I first embossed a background of leaves and then dabbed the raised areas with different colors of the gilding wax.
I then stamped a butterfly for the focal point and then did the fractured part of the card. To achieve this you need to cut a quarter inch of card stock and line it at the corner of the focal point and allow it to go to the end of the card. You continue around each of the corners and the final result will look like a fractured paper.

True Friend
I made this card for a friend that I haven’t seen since High School and it was so nice to get back in touch with them.
The card starts out as a fun fold but as you open it there is a cut out and finally as you open the last part the flowers pop up at you.

At the Beach
What a refreshing card to give someone. Just looking at it makes you want to jump in the water. I made the one in yellow first and just didn’t like it so I changed up a couple of things and added more blue and the word relax, because who wouldn’t want to relax at the beach.
