Red Birthday Flower
This is a nice cheerful birthday card for someone. I started with a white base card stock and then added a red and white polka dot background, I then added a 3 inch by 5 inch smaller print of polka dots and trimmed the edges with a black border. I die cut a 3 1/2 inch circle which I stamped the flower on. I first stamped the leaves in granny apple green and then stamped the leaves in real red ink and finally I stamped birthday wishes in black. The inside is blank so that you can write your own private message to the recipient.

Fall Leaf
Here is an easy card to give to someone if you are in a pinch for a thinking of you card. I first used silver striped paper that I applied ink to. I blended three colors to achieve the colors. I started with yellow at the top then orange for the middle then red at the bottom. I then die cut a circle from the colored paper and stamped the leaf design in red ink. I added a brown scallop circle to make the leaf design stand out. To finish the card off I die cut a banner and stamped thinking of you.

Purple Iris Birthday
For this card I first used an embossing folder with a Greek Key design for the background on this light purple card stock. I punched out postage stamp in dark purple and again in white. For the white one I stamped an iris flower in purple and the leaves in green and mounted it on the dark purple stamp. I then took a long strip of white card stock and stamped, Have a perfect birthday.
