Welcome to my site. Look around and see if you like any of my creations.
I am the mother of two grown children. I have always enjoyed scrap-booking and card-making and doing crafty things ever since I was a child, and I continue to be crafty whenever my time permits. If you are interested in a particular card let me know, some of my cards are for sale.
Don't forget to leave a little message as you pass on by.

I was so surprised how these two cards turned out. They are so beautiful the pictures of them do not do them justice.
I die cut the poinsettias and leaves out of velvet paper and used some vellum in the background. I then added a small strip of silver along both sides to add a little bling. For the center of the flowers I used a little bit of yellow stickles glue. On the pink card I used some pearls near the Merry Christmas. I used two different sentiments on these cards. You can see the red one pretty good but the pink one says,”May your season be filled with all the wonder and blessings of Christmas.”
To mail these cards so that the flower does not become a crushed mess I would add a small piece of cardboard on top of the flower.

Building the poinsettia for this card was a little challenging but still doable.
The poinsettia has three different size layers to the flower that is stacked one on top of the other. For the leaves I just tucked them in behind the flower.
I added some gold ribbon on the base of the card and a Merry Christmas sentiment on the front. For the inside I added a sentiment “May the spirit of Peace gently fill your heart and home in this most wonderful time of year.”
I had to make the card so that it wouldn’t get crushed when it is mailed, so by adding a layer of cardboard on top of the card will prevent this from happening.

The Elf movie is a standard around our house. We love the movie and this card is made after the movie. I made a little elf hat on the quote and added a little tree in the corner on the inside.
For my next card I used die cuts of trees and snow mounds to create a winter scene. The background was made using ink and blending brushes then sprinkles of water to create little stars. Nice card that could be used for the winter season.
