Halloween Hat
I love the Paper Pumpkin program that Stampin Up has. You receive a box full of stuff to create cards or 3D items like this months kit. The kit came with many cracker type boxes that you can fill with candy or chap stick or some little trinket. I made cards with some of my kit’s items.
This is a well thought out program and great for beginner stampers. You get a stamp set and ink in each kit.
I made this cute Halloween Hat card with the kit.

Halloween Cat on a Fence
Here’s a cute Halloween card to give to a friend. I made this using supplies from the Paper Pumpkin September 2020 kit. Instead of making party crackers that you would fill with candy and toys, I used those supplies to create this card.

Embossing with Real Leaves
I went outside the other day and as I was looking at the beautiful leaves I wondered if I could use a real leaf on a card. Here is what I did to create this card.
First, find a fresh leaf, I actually pulled mine off of our tree in the front yard.
Secondly, apply embossing ink to the back of the leaf where you can see the most veins of the leaf.
Lastly, press the leaf onto your paper and add embossing powder (I used white) over the inked areas. Then heat emboss your creation.
After heat embossing I used several colors of ink to get a fall color kinda feel for the card. I made my card into a get well type of card, but it could be made into any type of card.
