Snowman Pop Out and Partridge in a pear tree

I really loved making this card and also teaching it to my card club gals. The outside of the card is two snowflakes stacked on top of each other.  The inside is where all the magic is, each piece of the snowman needs to be cut and glued on, one on top of the other. I ran the body parts through an embossing folder to give it a little texture.  You can’t see it in the photos but the blue dots on the paper is glitter so it sparkles.

The next card the Partridge in a pear tree is a clean and simple card with layers of paper and a stamped image that I colored.  I did use glitter on the partridge and the pears to also make it sparkle.

    Warm and Toasty Bear

Here is a cute card which could be used for the whole winter season.  I colored this bear with copic markers and did a second stamping of the scarf on patterned paper.  Add some twine and a little red button and the card is done.

    Cardinal and foil

What do cardinal’s and foil have in common, well let me tell you.  This card was created to give a little sparkle to the card.  Who doesn’t like sparkle especially us women.

First I created this card by crumpling up some tin foil and placing it for the background of this pretty cardinal. I then added a few more smaller pieces of foil on the branches.  Finally, I used copic markers to color the bird and then went over it with a gel pen to give the look of feathers.  I left the inside blank so this card could be used for Christmas or during the winter season.
