    Daisy Sympathy

This card was made to cheer someone up who lost a loved one.  I made the colors simple just white, pink, and black.

I die cut the daisies and stacked them on top of each other, and then die cut the black dot and line and stamped a sentiment of heartfelt sympathy.

For the inside I made the sentiment coming from more then one person.  Caring thoughts are with you during this difficult time.

I left room so that a personal message could be added below the sentiment.

    Birthday Drums

This card is geared more towards the younger generation.  Drums and electric guitars, probably the louder they are the more the younger generation will like them.

The card base is gray with the next layer as a light purple.   I then stamped music and guitar images on black card stock and heat embossed them using white embossing powder.  The center image was stamped and popped up then colored with markers.

For the inside I used the Happy Birthday sentiment and enjoy the rhythm of each day and then stamped music notes along the side.

    Poppy Birthday

This card is all about dimension.  I popped up the white part that says Happy Birthday and then popped up the poppy which is the center stage of the card.

After die cutting the frame I then die cut the poppy and backed it with vellum.  I added two leaves of vellum and two of a light green card stock.  I embossed the brownish frame and then backed that with gold foil.

For the inside I stamped a single poppy in the corner and added the sentiment “You’re on my mind and in my heart.”
