Peony Sympathy Card
I don’t know about you but I have a hard time making sympathy cards. I guess it is knowing that it is to someone who lost someone very precious to them. I try to make my sympathy cards so that the recipient will be thankful for the care that went into the card and the feelings that the person who sent the card.
For this card I used pink and green and tried to make it feel light. I first stamped several peonies to make a paper ribbon and then I stamped a large peony for the front of the card and a smaller one for the inside which were hand cut. I used some designer paper on the front and then raised the center piece up on pop dots for some dimension. I then added some twine and made a bow for the center piece. The simple sentiment on the inside will allow the person giving the card plenty of room to write a private message.

Point Taken Card
This is another one of those layered stamps. They are easy to use and can give so many different cards from just one stamp. This stamp is from Stamplistic.com and it is called Point Taken.
Here is what the stamp actually looks like just stamped plain:
Now I used several different papers and cut around different parts of the design to create this card. The sentiment on the inside could be used for so many different occasions.
I used navy blue card stock for the base and then a layer of black glitter paper. I then stamped the design on purple, maroon, peach and a light orange. I added rhinestones throughout the design. You can’t really tell but there is a lot of bling from the rhinestones.
For the inside I used a light blue card stock for the sentiment to be stamped on. The card’s finished size is 5 x 5 square.

Birthday Stacked Squares
This card is rather interesting it is the same design only cut out from different papers to give it its design.
I first used and embossing folder for the background. For the main attraction I used a square of blue glitter paper and then layered the pieces on top. Between each layer are foam dots. Each of the layers were all stamped with the same stamp but I used different papers. For each of the corners I added rhinestones for some bling.
