Water-colored seashells
This card would make a great one for someone who lives near water or a summertime birthday.
I first embossed the seashells and then colored each one with a different color of metallic water colors. You can’t really tell from the picture but it is stunning from the shine of the watercolors.
After coloring I die cut the shells out and mounted them on blue cardstock to give it an underwater feel. I then added a few crystals to look like bubbles in the water.
For the inside I stamped make a wish and added a small candle.

Purple Cone Flowers
I love cone flowers and as I was stamping this flower I thought I could turn it into a cone flower. Cone flowers are a lot like daisy flowers they just have a pointy inside, whereas; a daisy is full and flat center.
I colored these flowers two different ways. For one of them I colored it with a solid purple marker and on the second one I used various pinks and purple because a cone flower changes colors as it dies.
Both of these cards are for sympathy cards.

Wish I could heal your heart
I find the hardest cards to make are sympathy ones, because they usually deal with death. I wanted this card to bring some happiness to the recipient with the bright colors. A simple sentiment on the inside and you can write your own message underneath.
