These cards were created for a couple of special girls in my life. I know they are going to love them. I wanted the cards to have a playful feel to them and I think I accomplished that.
I did some fussy cutting on this card by hand cutting each of the characters. I used a texture embossing folder to give the look of bricks. I used just a simple Happy Birthday on the inside to allow the person giving the card to have room for their message.
For my mermaid shaker card I stamped some images on the inside of the circle and added some sequins and beads to shake. I stamped and colored the mermaid on the front to add some depth to the card. I then added the words Wishing you a mermaid kinda birthday.

This card was created for my sister to give to her granddaughter. I got the stamp from one of my card groups and I thought it was most appropriate.

I tried a new card design in my card group this month. This design can be used in so many different ways, such as, Thank you cards, birthday, get well the ideas are endless. The second photos shows the angle and it fits nicely into an A2 envelope.
