Happy New Year everyone. Oh wait the month is almost over. Oh well this year has already started out like a storm with family issues but I think we are all back on track.
Now for the cards I have been making, yes I still have been making them just not posting them until now.
Both of these cards deal with winter, yes there is some snow where I live and I do have winter birthdays in my family. This first one is a digital stamp from Bugaboo stamps, it is of a boy sledding on a tire tube. I duplicated the boy and colored them with my copic markers and added some glitter along the torn edge of the paper.
For my next card i made it into a birthday card but it could also be an all occasion card too. I used the new fun flip fold technique and added a wooden snowflake on silver cardstock. The second picture shows a closeup of the silver mirror paper. This is a really fun fold card and can be used in so many ways.
I have some Stampin Up cards I have made that I will show real soon, so stay tuned.

Here are two quick birthday cards that I made. The lighthouse is cut out on the side to show a white background.
For this second one it was a little bit more time consuming because I had to piece all of the parts onto the minions to create them. I loved how they turned out and I know the recipient will love it just as much as I do.

I know I have been missing as of late, but for a good reason, let me explain. I was asked to be a part of a craft show that benefits the homeless and less fortunate in a school district where I work. I have been making cards to sell for the past month and a half. Here is a photo of my table.
As you can see I had a few cards to display. Here are a few that I created this past month.
This card was created using Stampin Ups decorative paper pack. I hand cut all of the designs and added windows to some so it would look like Santa is putting presents under the tree. The other two frames are Santa and some of his deer playing on the ice. Cute huh!
This next one is a closeup of the Nativity. I used navy blue and white paper.
For my next one I have an easel card made with Stampin Up Stamps. I added a battery candle to the back and used vellum to allow the light to show through. The lit one doesn’t do it justice in the picture, but you get the idea. It has a slight flicker of light.
This next card is an angel that I die cut and then fit it back into the spot where I cut it out from.
For my last one, it is not a card but is made with paper. I love angels just about as much as I love hearts. This angel is made from a mold and paper then sprayed with gold glitter paint. It is mounted on red velvet board with a gold frame.
So you see I may have been missing on my page but I have been busy behind the scenes.
