Great card to give to a friend who may be struggling with their life right now.

I first embossed the background and then added a small strip of designer paper.  I backed the strip with some Merry Merlot card stock. I cut out a scallop frame with the same card stock and mounted the cones flowers on top.For the flowers I used copic markers of yellow, brown and green.

Stamped a sentiment to remind the recipient that they mean a lot to others.

For the inside, I stamped a message of happy thoughts.

For this card I wanted to use lots of blue.  The dragonflies where I live have a lot of blue and green on them. You can’t tell from the picture but the wings have a shimmer paint on them.
