This card was created using Stampin Up’s new cookie cutter stamps and punch. Fun, fun, fun. Who doesn’t love the goggle eyes on anything, it always brings a smile to the recipient. The small strip of paper on the left is skulls and washi shiney black washi tape in the center. I used orange and white thread and wrapped it around.
