Welcome to my site. Look around and see if you like any of my creations. I am the mother of two grown children. I have always enjoyed scrap-booking and card-making and doing crafty things ever since I was a child, and I continue to be crafty whenever my time permits. If you are interested in a particular card let me know, some of my cards are for sale. Don't forget to leave a little message as you pass on by.

    Sleeping Kitty and Kissing Hedgehogs

Happy New Year everyone! I hope your year is full of love, hope, and happiness.

OK, here are a couple of straggler Christmas cards I didn’t post in December.

The first card is a dimensional kitty, there are 5 layers to make her pop off the card.

The next card are two hedgehogs under some mistletoe.  A cute and very quick card to make.

    Snow Globe Pop Up Card

For my final card this holiday season I made this pop up globe card. I first made it using acetate which allows you to see thru to the other side, but I just did not like the way it looked so I switched to using vellum in the center. I also colored in the words so that they were more visible. The nice thing about this card is that it folds up to fit in a 5 x 7 envelope so that you can mail it.

    Seasons Greetings Globe Card

I made this card for a few friends and taught one of my card groups how to make them also. I added this cute paper mug filled with candy for a little sweet gift.

The globe part of the card is filled with sequins and glitter to look like snow falling when you shake the card.  The sentiment is quite lovely for this card, “May the timeless message of Christmas fill your heart and home with joy today and always.”

We all know Santa is almost here for his yearly visit.

These next two cards were simple.  I used different colored cardstock for the background and glitter cardstock to cut out the letters.
