Welcome to my site. Look around and see if you like any of my creations.
I am the mother of two grown children. I have always enjoyed scrap-booking and card-making and doing crafty things ever since I was a child, and I continue to be crafty whenever my time permits. If you are interested in a particular card let me know, some of my cards are for sale.
Don't forget to leave a little message as you pass on by.

This card was a rather easy one to put together, if you have the Paper Pumpkin kit February 2021 from Stampin Up.
These kits are really great if you want to put together cards quickly, they come with stamps, ink and usually die cuts that you can add to your cards. Not only does this kit come with the bouquet die cuts it also has a stamp with a similar design which you will be able to use over and over again. I will be showing more of that stamp in the next few days.
For this card I cut apart of an envelope that was included and used it as part of the card design. See that little strip of green, well that was an envelope. The yellow part is also an envelope. Nothing goes to waste with these kits. If you are interested in getting these kits just send me a message.

Sometimes its just fun to be silly and this card really fits the bill. I first stamped a little chick for the background and then stamped and cut out the big chicken with a balloon around her feet. I colored the chicken with alcohol markers and die cut the Happy Birthday out three times and stacked them on top of each other. For the inside I stamped lets celebrate you and a chicken eating a cupcake.
Now doesn’t this card just bring a smile to your face.

I thought my son would get a chuckle out of his birthday card this year. He has been keeping his distance from us to protect us from the virus. He caught the virus in the beginning of all of this horror and has kept up with his distancing ever since. But, as we all know, HOPE is on the way with the vaccines that are coming out.
For this card I used my cricut machine to do most of the work. It is a happy face behind a mask with a party hat. I cut a yellow circle for the face and some eyes and a nose in black cardstock. I had my cricut do the printing of the Happy Birthday words with black ink. I then added a party hat to the front and on the inside of the card to finish it off.
