I just love peacocks, they are one of the most beautiful creatures when their colorful tail feathers are extended. This card is pretty simple to make but does give the wow factor to the recipient. Each of the feathers are lifted to give dimension and I added some silver metallic paper behind the feathers to give it shine. I’ve added a Happy Birthday sentiment at the bottom so it would not distract from the bird.

Summertime the best time of year for relaxing in the sun. Here is a birthday card I made using a crocodile and palm trees. Doesn’t he just look so comfy.
I then made this bird birthday card for my sister to give to someone. I used watercolors to paint the trees.

Good morning everyone. Our weather here has been hot, very hot with a lot of humidity, so there has been a lot of time in the AC to play with cards.
Today I have a card that I made for my card club group. The theme for the month was travel and the thought that occurred to me was how much people pull out their campers during the month of July and August. This camper card was inspired by all the traveling people of the world.
I kept the front of the card simple because I wanted the recipient to be surprised when they opened the card. I added some textured aluminum paper to the front of the camper to make it look like the old time campers.
