    Thanksgiving Window Cards

For everyone who has big Thanksgiving get togethers, here is a card that reminded me of looking out the window at the beautiful colors of Fall.

After creating the window I added a fall scene to look at. I then added a few cut outs to finish the front off.  I wasn’t sure what color I wanted to use for the card base so I made the base in two different colors. The first one is a coffee brown and the second one is more of a grey.

For the inside I printed a sentiment about giving thanks with a grateful heart.

    3D Cards of Kittens

These cards are so fun to put together.  My first one is for someone who may be going through a tough time and it is more of an encouragement. Each piece has a small part of it layered on top of the main picture. I used purples on this card to be a cool and comforting card.

For my next card I made a thinking of you, which could be used as a comforting card or one of someone you just wanted to know you are thinking of them.  I used golds and browns for this one. For the side views I am trying to show how much 3D is one each card. I also embossed the backgrounds on both of the cards.

    Last Lanterns for Halloween

OK, I know it isn’t Halloween anymore but I wanted to post these last two lanterns that I had made for my card club and family.

The first one is called Jack Skellington and the last one is witch legs in a cauldron. They both stand up on their own.
